Bahi Travel Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing and using the services provided by Bahi Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

1.2 These Terms apply to all travel arrangements made by us on your behalf, and any additional services provided by us.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 To secure a booking, the client must deposit a non-refundable amount as specified by Bahi Travel at the time of booking.

2.2 The balance of the travel cost must be paid no later than [Insert Number of Days] days before the departure date. If the final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fluctuations in exchange rates, increases in airfares, or hotel rates.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Any cancellation by the client must be made in writing and acknowledged by Bahi Travel.

3.2 Cancellation charges will apply, and will be calculated based on the date we receive the written cancellation notice. The standard cancellation charges are as follows:

  • More than [Insert Number of Days] days before departure: Loss of deposit
  • [Insert Number of Days] to [Insert Number of Days] days before departure: [Insert Percentage]% of total cost
  • Less than [Insert Number of Days] days before departure: 100% of total cost

3.3 No refunds will be made for unused services or no-shows.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients to cover any unforeseen circumstances. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place before commencing travel.

5. Passport and Visas

5.1 Clients must ensure that they have valid passports and all necessary visas for the duration of their travel. Bahi Travel can provide general information and assistance, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they comply with all passport and visa requirements.

6. Liability and Responsibility

6.1 Bahi Travel acts only as an agent for the providers of travel services and assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, death, or inconvenience caused by any defect in any vehicle, or due to any acts, omissions, or negligence of any provider of travel services.

6.2 Bahi Travel shall not be liable for any changes to travel services or cancellations made by providers of travel services.

7. Complaints

7.1 Any complaints should be made in writing to Bahi Travel as soon as possible, and no later than [Insert Number of Days] days after the completion of the travel services.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1 Bahi Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Terms will be available on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms prior to making a booking.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
